About This Coffee

A traceable decaffeinated coffee from Gold Mountain Coffee Growers in Jinotega, Nicaragua (1,300–1,600 masl). The lot blends Catuai, Caturra, Caturra Estrella, Java, Pacamara, Pacas, Maracaturra and Bourbon, processed as natural fermented and carbonic maceration before Swiss Water decaffeination. Tasting notes highlight red apple, cane sugar and golden kiwi with a creamy mouthfeel. Roasted for both filter and espresso preparations.
