About This Coffee

A single-origin natural-processed coffee from Idido in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, produced by Abreham Desalegn and Idido smallholders at 1,900–2,100 m. Native coffee varieties are sun-dried as natural lots at a local drying station. Light-roasted, the cup presents bright, fluffy strawberry character with tart-sweet cranberry and peach juice notes, complemented by a creamy mouthfeel and lingering syrupy sweetness. Recommended for espresso and filter methods.
