About This Coffee

This is a 100% organic Grade 1 Microlot from Kercha washing station in the Guji sub-region of Oromia, Ethiopia. The coffee is processed using anaerobic natural methods, where fermentation occurs in an oxygen-free environment for enhanced control and distinctive flavor development. Grown at altitudes between 1950-2250 meters above sea level, it features heirloom varietals. The coffee exhibits wild boozy tropical flavors with notes of blood orange marmalade jam, bubblegum ice cream, stewed nectarine, and apricot.
