This is a single origin coffee from El Arenal, Matagalpa, Nicaragua, grown at 1350-1450 meters above sea level. Produced by Alejandro Saldana and Maria Ligia Mierisch at El Suspiro farm. The coffee is Orange Bourbon variety, which originated in El Salvador and is known for its floral and fruity character. The cherries ripen to a soft orange color. It is fully washed processed. This is a limited micro-release with a lot size of 69kg, harvested between December and March. The coffee offers floral and clean notes with flavors of cherry, custard, and lime.

Established in 2007 by Mark Dundon and Bridget Amor, Seven Seeds was created to embody the ideals of exceptional and transparent coffee.A pioneer in Melbourne's coffee scene, the company's name honors the story of Baba Budan, who smuggled seven coffee seeds from Yemen, breaking the Arabic world's cultivation monopoly. Their approach is founded on transparency, and since 2018, they have published the "farmgate" price they pay directly to producers. They focus on building partnerships with producers, whom they see as professional colleagues.
