The coffee offers a complex flavor profile with notes of apple, white chocolate, and raisin-like sweetness, with a clean cup and velvety mouthfeel. This coffee is part of the Intibuca project by Nordic Approach, focused on empowering smallholder coffee producers through direct access to buyers, fair pricing, and transparency in the supply chain.
