The coffee is grown at altitudes between 1650-2000 meters above sea level and features traditional varieties including Caturra, Bourbon, and Catimor. It undergoes fully washed processing and is processed and dried at farm level before being blended with similar quality grades and matching flavor profiles. The 2024 harvest showcases flavor notes of strawberry, lime, and brown sugar with bright acidity and good balance. This is the fourth year of sourcing this coffee, which has a quality score of 86 and is sourced through Caravela.

Their approach is founded on transparency, and since 2018, they have published the "farmgate" price they pay directly to producers. They focus on building partnerships with producers, whom they see as professional colleagues.
