A washed single-origin coffee from Gedeb, Gedeo, Ethiopia (Wate Danche washing station) grown at ~2200 MASL. Ethiopian landrace varieties processed washed with 36 hours underwater fermentation, then sun-dried. Light roast with a clean body; tasting notes include white flower, yellow citrus, honey and black tea.
