This single-origin Colombia coffee comes from Inzá, Cauca at 1,800–2,000 masl. Grown on small plots with mixed varieties (Caturra, Typica, Bourbon, Tabi, Castillo, Pink Bourbon), it is fully washed and decaffeinated using a sugarcane (ethyl acetate) process. Medium roast with vibrant passion fruit acidity, sugarcane sweetness and a medium body.
