About This Coffee

This is an experimental natural coffee from Valle de Cauca, Colombia, produced by Café Granja La Esperanza. The coffee undergoes a 36-hour low-temperature fermentation followed by slow drying. The name "Tres Dragones" comes from the dramatic drying process where flames from mechanical silos shoot out resembling three dragons. The coffee is made from the Colombia variety, known for sweet, balanced, and intensely fruity characteristics. It features intense fruit character with jammy fruit intensity, dark chocolate richness, and layered complexity. The coffee has a full, plush body with a silky, velvety texture.
