Micro-lot from Ninga Hill, Burundi (approx. 1900 MASL). Red Bourbon beans processed anaerobically (36 hours limited-oxygen fermentation, depulped, quick channel wash) and raised-bed dried. Expressive light roast produces a bright, sweet, elegant cup with tasting notes of orange, white honey, apple, and caramel and a light body.
