This single origin coffee is a washed Bourbon varietal from Burundi. It comes from the Karambo Hill washing station in the Muyinga district of northeastern Burundi at 1500-1700 meters altitude. The region is known for its high altitude, high rainfall, and rich volcanic soil. This coffee is produced by This Is Burundi (TIB), a company established in June 2020 focused on producing high-quality washed, natural, and honey processed coffees. Filter roasted with tasting notes of poached orange, sugarcane, and apricot.

After more than eight years of preparation, Manta Ray Coffee Roasters opened their flagship roastery in Nunawading, Melbourne, in October 2022. The industrial chic space features a visible roasting area framed by large windows, inviting visitors into the process.
