About This Coffee

This coffee from the Taipiplaya community in Caranavi, Bolivia is a washed lot featuring a sugary sweetness with notes of brown sugar, bright and crisp acidity, and a clean finish. The coffee is grown at elevations of 1350 to 1740 meters and includes Catuai and Typica varieties. It undergoes washed processing with dry fermentation and drying on raised beds.
