Single-origin coffee from Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia, produced by Bekele Belachew. The lot is an Anaerobic Honey-processed JARC 74158 variety grown at 2215 MASL. Expect a light roast with pronounced floral aromatics (white flowers), bright citrus (Meyer lemon), tropical mango notes and a tea-like texture with a clean finish. The anaerobic honey process amplifies acidity and fruit intensity while retaining honey-process body.
