This Purple Honey is a Colombian single-origin coffee from Villa Lucia, Santa Barbara, Antioquia grown at 1650 masl. Castillo variety, fermented 96 hours in cherry with sugar cane honey then dried. Intense, wine-like acidity with dark chocolate and cherry notes; medium roast with a medium body.
