Yak Ikuk - Mexiko Espresso

This coffee is a washed single-origin espresso from San Juan, Oaxaca, Mexico, grown at 1620 meters altitude. The variety is Typica, handpicked and processed with a 24-hour waterless tank fermentation, followed by washing and drying on cloth for five days. Flavor notes include milk chocolate, macadamia nut, and ripe peach, with a sweet maple syrup acidity and a buttery, creamy mouthfeel.
