This limited edition espresso blend combines 60% Colombia Las Flores Tabi with Thermoshock washed processing and 40% Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Aricha washed. The blend features ripe, fruity sweetness from the Colombian component balanced by juicy, citrus acidity from the Ethiopian coffee. The aroma presents florals and berries with a super clean finish. When combined with milk, it has characteristics reminiscent of Monte Carlo biscuits.

After more than eight years of preparation, Manta Ray Coffee Roasters opened their flagship roastery in Nunawading, Melbourne, in October 2022. The industrial chic space features a visible roasting area framed by large windows, inviting visitors into the process. Drawing on a background in film color grading, the team approaches roasting as a form of creative expression, seeking to reveal depth and character in every batch. Award winners at the 2019 Roasters Smackdown and 2023 ASCA competitions, they offer their signature Outsider Blend alongside rotating single origins and an automated pour over experience at the bar.
