A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Gedeb district of the Yirgacheffe region, processed at the Danche washing station managed by Nigusse Debela. The coffee is produced by smallholder farmers from nearby kebeles who deliver red cherries for processing. It undergoes a washed method using ceramic fermentation tanks and up to 72 hours of fermentation. Known for its bright acidity, floral and citrus notes, and a clean, sweet flavor profile.
