Champagne New Year is a blend of Colombian coffees from Antioquia, Huila, and Nariño, using various varieties and processes (including honey and anaerobic/co-fermentation lots). The cup is light-bodied with vibrant citric acidity and floral aromatics, featuring white grape (sauvignon blanc) character, grapefruit, mandarin, lime, lemon, and a sweet peach finish.
