Elkin Guzman - Yellow Fruit Nectar

This single-origin coffee comes from El Mirador farm in El Portal, Huila, Colombia (1550–1750 masl). Varieties are Bourbon and Catiope; the lot was co‑fermented (anaerobic co-fermentation with pineapple, passionfruit and mango elements). Flavor notes include passion fruit, tart strawberry and nectarine, producing a bright, summery, fruit-forward cup.
