This single-origin coffee from Hacienda El Obraje in Tangua, Nariño, Colombia (2200 masl) is Maracaturra (Maragogipe–Caturra hybrid), processed with extended anaerobic fermentation followed by washing and raised-bed drying. Light-roasted, it yields a clean, vibrant cup with poached pear and peach notes, candied orange sweetness, honeyed finish, and lively acidity.
