Telila - Äthiopien Decaf Espresso

This coffee is a decaffeinated espresso from Ethiopia, specifically from the Gure Kesso region in Jimma at 2150 meters altitude. It features deep flavor notes of ripe figs, praliné, and dark chocolate, processed using a washed method and decaffeinated with the sugarcane method to preserve flavor. The coffee uses the Ethiopian Landrace variety 74112 and is roasted for espresso and filter preparation.
