Monarch

Monarch is a year‑round espresso-focused blend from Colombia and Ethiopia, composed of mixed smallholder varieties. Coffees are washed and raised‑bed dried at roughly 1800 MASL, roasted to an expressive dark profile. Expect syrupy body with tasting notes of dark chocolate, molasses and red‑wine dried berries, great with milk.
