This coffee originates from Finca San Juan in the Antigua region of Guatemala, at an elevation of 1500 meters above sea level. The variety is Caturra, and the processing method is washed. The flavor profile features a crystal clean, rounded mouthfeel with soft red apple acidity and deep confectionary sweetness notes such as almond and dates. It is roasted to a medium filter roast level.
