Sudan Rume — Inmaculada from Cauca, Colombia (1,700–2,100 MASL) is a Sudan Rume varietal processed as a 23-day natural anaerobic and dried on raised beds. The cup is medium-bodied with medium acidity, delivering papaya, pineapple, tangerine, brown sugar sweetness and floral aromas, roasted for filter.
