About This Coffee

This coffee is a single origin espresso from Hacienda Sonora in Costa Rica's Central Valley. It is a hybrid variety called H1 Centroamericano, grown at 1,300 meters altitude on volcanic soil with biological fertilization and shade. The natural processed beans present flavor notes of caramel, red plum, and milk chocolate with a silky mouthfeel and a sweet, chocolaty body. Harvest year is 2024 with a 15-day drying period.
