Hacienda Sonora L9 Costa Rica Espresso

This single-origin coffee comes from Hacienda Sonora in Costa Rica's Central Valley region at 1300m altitude. The L9 varietal is processed using the Natural method with 15 days drying time. It features flavor notes of caramel, red plum, and milk chocolate, with a syrupy, jam-like texture and a sweet, silky mouthfeel. The coffee is roasted specifically for espresso brewing.
