About This Coffee

Colombian Gesha from the El Placer estate in Quindio, grown at ~1800 MASL. White Honey processed (depulped with some mucilage retained, dried on raised beds) and patio-dried, roasted to an Expressive Light profile. Bright, tea-like body with floral and fruity notes of jasmine, pineapple, lime, and honeyed herbal sweetness.
