This coffee comes from Peru's Jaén, Cajamarca region at 1800-1850 meters altitude. It is a Caturra variety processed with the honey method (mucilage left on beans during drying), resulting in a sweeter, complex flavor profile featuring blackberry, fig, lime, apricot, and coffee cherry notes. The roast brings a juicy, light body with mid-high citric acidity and a uniform balance.
