About This Coffee

This microlot is from the Flores family’s Finca El Morito in San Ignacio, Cajamarca, Peru, grown by Faustino Flores. The Gesha lot is harvested at over 20° Brix and undergoes double fermentation (24 hours in cherry, 48 hours in mucilage), then washed and dried under shade in solar dryers for 20–25 days. Roasted for espresso, the cup shows lemon, tangerine, chamomile and black tea notes.
