About This Coffee

Peru Miguel Estella is a washed single-origin coffee from Finca El Morito in San Ignacio, Cajamarca, grown by producer Miguel Estela at 2000 m. Cherries above 18° Brix are selectively picked and double fermented (36 hours in cherry, 48 hours in mucilage), then washed and dried slowly in solar dryers for 20–25 days. The varietal is Marshell; tasting notes list citrus, sugarcane and sweet herbal flavors. Roasted and labeled for espresso.
