Single-origin coffee from Patio Bonito in Caldono, Cauca, Colombia (1,570–1,650 masl). SL28 variety processed with a thermal shock protocol followed by depulping, barrel fermentation, washing, and drying. Expect bright, citrus-forward acidity with bergamot and lemon zest, floral notes of lavender, yellow peach fruit, and a light, delicate body (light roast).
