Single-origin SL28 from Cumbitara, Nariño, Colombia (Finca El Turpial) grown at 1950–2850 MASL. Semi-washed lot with staged anaerobic fermentation, washed and sun-dried on raised beds. Tasting highlights include floral and subtly spiced notes with stone fruit (nectarine) and currant; light roast with a delicate body.
