A Gesha micro-lot from Hacienda La Esmeralda in Boquete, Panama, grown at 1,800 meters. This lot underwent a 72-hour anaerobic natural fermentation before drying, producing a wine-like complexity. Filter roast (light) brings forward floral and fruit intensity with tasting notes of grapes, lavender, and mandarin orange. The lot is sold as a rare coffee roasted to order and offered in 100g filter/light format.
