Processed using the anaerobic natural method, this single origin coffee is described as tea-like, elegant, and highly aromatic. Roasted light/medium and recommended for filter brewing. Tasting notes include lavender, cherry blossom, green apple, hibiscus, cacao nib, blackcurrant, and grape.
