Our Seasonal Blend
Manta Ray Coffee RoastersAbout This Coffee
This seasonal blend combines 50% Ethiopia Guji Deri G1 natural and 50% Burundi Yagikawa washed microlot. It is a light roast coffee designed to showcase special coffees with evolving flavor combinations. The blend features high sweetness with fruity and floral notes including white grape, pomegranate, and raisin. Despite being a light roast, it cuts through milk well and works excellently as a white coffee. The Ethiopian component is naturally processed from the Guji region, while the Burundian component is a washed microlot from Yagikawa.
