This coffee is a Reyna del Café from Nicaragua, sourced from altitudes of 1,200 to 1,500 meters above sea level with SHG (Strictly High Grown) status. The beans are organic and fair trade, sourced from the Reyna del Café cooperative, a community-focused collective of 169 farmers in northern Nicaragua. It features clean citrus acidity with sweet caramel and butterscotch notes wrapped in a silky body. This is a medium-dark roast.

Founded by Colin Creed, an award winning amateur winemaker who spent over 40 years in the coffee industry before pursuing his roasting dreams, Creed Roasted Coffee is a true artisan operation based in British Columbia. After retiring from the vending machine business and training at the Vancouver Coffee Academy, Colin brings a winemaker's palate and attention to detail to every batch. Roasting is done entirely by hand on an American made San Franciscan barrel roaster, with a maximum of five pounds per load to ensure precision and consistency. This meticulous small batch approach, combined with Colin's decades of sensory experience, produces coffees that loyal subscribers describe as some of the best they have ever brewed at home.
