Mexico Santa Cruz is a medium-roast coffee from Finca Santa Cruz in La Concordia, Chiapas, produced by the Argüello Family at 1680 masl. The lot is composed of Typica and Bourbon varieties and is washed using spring water from the farm. Tasting notes highlight almond, caramel, and citrus, with a balanced acidity and sweet mouthfeel provided by the Bourbon component.
