A washed Castillo from Finca La Leone in Armenia, Quindío, Colombia (1450–1500 masl). Washed processing with 30 hours underwater fermentation, producing a vibrant, clean, sweet cup with notes of red apple, brown sugar, dried fig and poached pear, bright citrus character and a light body.
