About This Coffee

Co-fermented Colombian coffee from Finca Santa Mónica in Armenia, Quindío (1,500 MASL). Castillo variety, pulped then co-fermented anaerobically in mucilage with honey and dried lychee. Bright, lightly roasted cup delivering intense fruit and funk: lychee, citrus, peach, and oolong tea notes with a lively, light-bodied profile suited to iced preparations.
