A blend of two lots from Los Nogales farm in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia (1870–2000 MASL). Varieties Castillo and Typica were fermented (including a lactobacillus RN21 fermentation) then rinsed and dried in a Guardiola. Dessert-like tasting notes include chocolate orange, amaretto, banana, and fig, with a medium roast body.
