This coffee is a single-origin espresso from El Salvador, specifically the Los Azacuanes farm located in the Ahuachapan region near Ataco at about 1350 meters altitude. It is a natural (dry) processed red Bourbon variety, harvested in 2021, with flavor notes of almond, raspberry, and nougat and a warm, chocolate character with mild acidity and creamy mouthfeel.
