La Granada 96h is a single origin coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, grown at 1620 meters altitude on the Finca La Granada farm by Gabriel Castaño. The coffee is a Pink Bourbon variety, fermented for 96 hours then washed and dried for 15 to 20 days. It features flavor notes of caramel, passion fruit, and orange with a syrupy mouthfeel and a juicy, citrusy, sparkling body.
