La Esperanza Geisha is a Colombian single-origin coffee from Pijao, Quindio region at 1,670 meters altitude. It is an anaerobic natural processed Geisha variety known for flavor notes of apple wine, blackcurrant, and jasmine. The coffee is harvested ripe, shade-grown, and dried with fruit pulp to intensify sweetness.
