Drekka

Drekka began its journey in 2014 as a small, passionate coffee shop in Sofia, founded by Zlatina and Stefan. Driven by a desire to share their love for exceptional coffee, they evolved from a multi-roaster cafe into roasting their own beans. Their approach is rooted in careful selection and curiosity. They source high-quality green coffees that excite them and roast them with the goal of achieving a sweet, clean, and well-balanced cup. Drekka has become a beloved hub for the coffee community in Sofia, known for its quality and welcoming atmosphere.
