This single-farm Colombian coffee comes from La Betulia (Génova, Quindío) at 1700 masl. Variety Castillo processed via La Palma's Bioinnovation Washed method with extended aerobic and anaerobic fermentations in buried clay pots, then washed and dried for 35 days. Tasting notes include confectionary sweetness, vanilla, pluot, and waffle-cone character.
