About This Coffee

This coffee is from Colombia, specifically from the Armenia region of Quindio at the Santa Mónica farm. Produced by Jairo Arcila, a third-generation coffee grower, at an altitude of 1400-1500 meters. The coffee is made from the Castillo variety and processed using the Anaerobic Natural method, where carefully hand-picked ripe cherries are fermented for 40 hours in an anaerobic environment before being sundried.
