This is a Kerinci Mountain Mandheling from Sumatra, Indonesia (1,300–1,650 m). The lot includes Sigarar Utang, Ateng, and Andungsari varieties processed using a Sumatra Process and roasted to a dark profile. The coffee is described as heavy-bodied and earthy with herbal aromatics, bittersweet milk and dark chocolate, caramel and buttery notes, and a hint of orange that appears as it cools.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
