A natural-processed microlot from Adan and Kilverth Sagastume in Honduras’s Santa Barbara region. Variety: Parainema; dried on raised beds and harvested in April at about 1600 MASL. Tasting notes include sweet plantain, blackberry, cacao nib, and molasses, with layered fruit, sweetness, and structure. Roast profile is an Expressive Light roast.
