About This Coffee

Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Jejeba kebele, Gedeo zone, Gedeb district, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, at 1800–2000 masl. The farm was founded in 2015 and holds Organic and Fair for Life certifications. Varieties are Kurume and Dega, processed using a washed method from the 2025 crop year. Roasted at an extremely light profile, it offers a delicate, well-balanced cup with flavors reminiscent of bergamot, peach, and lemon, with tea-like notes and a fresh, clean finish.
