A Washed lot from the Banko Gotiti Washing Station in the Gedeb area of Yirgacheffe, southern Ethiopia. Sourced from over 600 smallholder farmers at altitudes of 2,000–2,400 meters. Features local heirloom varieties Kurume, Dega, Wolisho, and 74158. The region's large diurnal temperature swings allow cherries to mature slowly with high sugar content. Fully Washed processing yields a clean, elegant profile with tasting notes of Grape, Honey, Red Apple, Tea-like character, and balanced sweetness.
